摘 要

随着国内城市化进程，建筑用地与居住环境的矛盾日益突出，建设可持续发展

的建筑与城市成为当今最受关注的话题。在这样的大背景下，人们越来越关注城市

生态环境的建设，屋顶花园的建设已经成为现代建筑发展的必然趋势。本文充分考

虑现代建筑设计的动向，把屋顶花园作为所要研究的对象，希望能够起到抛砖引玉

的作用，使更多的人们认识、了解屋顶花园体系内容，并参与到屋顶花园的设计与

实践中来。

论文首先从屋顶花园的起源和历史发展入手，介绍目前屋顶花园在各国的发展

现状，与此同时，通过对屋顶花园的多重效益阐述，强调了其在世界范围内普遍受

到重视的程度；接着对屋顶花园进行了详细的类型分析，并考查了影响屋顶花园设

计的一些因素，进而，提出当前屋顶花园设计中存在的一些问题，为进一步研究做

了铺垫。最后的章节重点论述了屋顶花园的设计理念、设计原则、设计方法与技术

手段，其中，通过对可持续发展理论和适宜性生态技术的分析，阐明了屋顶花园的

设计定位；通过对空间组织方法、生态设计手法与建筑整体形态的研究，为屋顶花

园设计提供了有价值的建议和参考，同时，在建造技术性和景观艺术性方面做出较

为细致的阐述。在结论与启示中，总结了前文提到的设计理念和设计方法，展望了

屋顶花园的发展趋势，更加明确了屋顶花园在可持续发展的社会背景，有广阔的发

展空间。

Abstract

Along with the rapid development of city construction in recent years, the tension

between construction zones and living spaces are becoming more and more severe. In

addition, the hot topic has become the promotion of architecture along with ensuring that

cities have potential for continual development. Under such circumstance, people are

getting more and more focused on "environmental construction" of city. Naturally,

constructing “roof gardens” had become an inevitable trend of the development of modern

architecture. Thus, the following thesis will explore the trend of modern architectural

design and focus on the "roof garden". I hope it will invite valuable opinions and get more

people to focus and understand the idea of the “roof garden” system, and allow more to

participate in “roof garden” designs and research.

At first, the article will review the origin and history of “roof garden” research, and

introduce the development of “roof garden” in other country. At the same time, the

benefits producing by “roof garden” were stated as well, which infers that “roof garden” is

been widely appreciated in the worldly wide. Then the type of “roof garden” and the

factors which influence the design of “roof garden” are analyzed. The author also finger

out the questions of the design of “roof garden” at present. Then the concept, principle,

ways of the “roof garden” design are researched: the design position is sure by analyzing

the flexible ecological technology and the sustainable development theory; some valuable

advise by researching the way of the space organization, the style of the ecological design,

the architecture shape and so on. As well, the building technology and the art of landscape

design are stated.

At last, the conclusion will summarize the ideas and ways of “roof garden” design

which were referred in behind, then explore the trend of the "roof garden" from its

technical functions and contribution to scenery, and finally, clarify the great potential of

the "roof garden” in contributing to sustainable city development.
