景观资源是地段决定的,观景效果是建筑决定的。
The landscape’s resources are determined by location; but its view is determined by buildings.
从建筑排布到户型设计,经过无数次计算机模拟,反复调整设计参数,力求使每一户都能充分
享有外滩美景!
From building arrangement to house type, we have done numerous computer simulations and adjusted
design parameters many times, in order to present the beautiful scenery of the Bund to each household!

设计工作历时6年,经过30多次修改。起初是“草书”,风格强烈,现在则是“楷书”,质朴隽
永!

A Patented Exterior Wall Color Which Brings Out the Sunshine
色彩是建筑的第一语言,色彩的表达,是环境因素与气候因素共同作用的结果。
经过反复考量,最终确定外立面颜色为一种特别设计的“琥珀黄”。既是对周边建筑色彩的丰
富,又特别考虑到太阳光的变化特点,通过采用特殊材质,令建筑在不同时间的阳光照射下,
折射出不同的光彩。这一独特色彩已经过申请,受专利保护。
Color is the primary language of a building. The expression of color is the combined result of
environmental and climatic factors. The exterior wall color of the Tomson Riviera was chosen from
hundreds of various tested colors, and adopts a specially designed “amber yellow”, which both enriches
the colors of the surrounding buildings and takes into consideration the changes in levels of sunshine so
that always brings out the best refraction of radiance..
This unique color is pattened and protected by copyright law.
造型寓意:传统人文元素的创新运用
Connotation of the Shape: Innovative use of traditional cultural elements
建筑主题设计为玉琮形状,传达“经世济民”的人文理念;楼宇顶部设计为一品官员的官帽形
状,象征居住者的身份地位非同凡响,暗喻业主事业前途的兴旺与腾达。
The theme of the buildings adopts an octagonal jade shape to represent the cultural concept of “develop
society and benefit the people”; the top of the buildings take the shape of the official hat of a first-rank
official in old China, symbolizing a prosperous and promising career of the residents.

水系:瑞龙含珠,吉祥如意
蜿蜒流过的黄浦江,宛如祥龙环绕。故此,小区水景流线和外形特别设计为龙形,以与江水之
势相互呼应。圆形的大堂则象征珍珠,与水系合为一体,寓意喜庆祥和、吉祥如意。结合“前
低后高”的建筑布局,整座小区形式稳固,是传统理念与现代建筑的完美结合。

Petite: Finely crafted, Abudant Joy
龙形水系为整个园景定下了纯粹东方神韵的调性,点缀其间的大师雕塑则代表着西方精神的融
入。来自欧洲当代顶级艺术家的作品,为小区填满了浓烈的艺术空气,置身其间,不难体会东
西方文化豁然贯通之感。
The dragon-shaped water system gives the whole garden landscape an Oriental touch, while the
masterful sculptures decorating the place represent the blending in of an Occidental spirit. Works by
top-notch contemporary European artists fill the small regional town with dtrong artistic flavours.
Standing amongst them, one can easily feels he see the entire Oriental and the Occidental culture in a
clear light.

这是进入家门后的第一道观景平台,也是“观景型居家生活”的中心,7.4~11米的面宽、
配合通透的全落地玻窗,将外滩及浦江美景迎进家中。
This is Tte first sightseeing platform upon entering the house, which is also of the center of
“sightseeing household life”; it is 7.4m-11m wide, and its transparent French window ushers in
the landscape of the Bund and the Huangpu River.

能够独立走出的观景阳台,为生活带来浪漫气息。主阳台进深约2-3米,宽度达20-34
米,将室内生活延伸到室外。
Each room is equipped with a sightseeing balcony where the resident may walk outside,
