摘  要
随着经济和信息技术的发展，电子商务在全球范围内迅速普及，对经济发展起着非常重要的作用，而作为经济发展的重要组成部分的企业，也因为电子商务的发展，其生产经营和管理方式发生了较大的变化，尤其是给企业的财务管理提供了广阔的发展空间，与此同时也带来了挑战。传统形式上的财务管理已不能满足时代发展的需求，迫切需要在传统财务管理的基础上进行改革和创新。本文在概括归纳相关概念的基础上分析我国电子商务环境下的企业财务管理发展状况，并以阿里巴巴集团为例对其电子商务环境下的财务管理进行具体分析，希望通过对本课题的研究，进一步提高电子商务环境下阿里巴巴集团的财务管理水平。

ABSTRACT
With the development of economy and information technology, electronic commerce rapi
d spread in the global scope, plays a very important role on economic growth and the economic development as an important component of the enterprise, but also because of the development of electronic commerce, the production and business operation and management methods of large changes have taken place, especially to the enterprise financial management has provided a broad space for development, at the same time also brought challenges. In the form of the traditional financial management can not meet the needs of times development, urgently need to be conducted on the basis of traditional financial management reform and innovation. Based on the summary induction related concepts on the basis of the analysis of China's e-commerce development environment of enterprise financial management, as a case study of alibaba group, the financial management under the e-commerce environment for concrete analysis, hope that through this topic research, further improve the electronic commerce environment of alibaba group financial management level.
