
混凝土高温后的裂缝修复研究

摘要:混凝土结构受火灾之后,不仅对混凝土本身性能产生巨大影响,由火灾等原因引起高温烧伤的混凝土强度随温度的升高明显降低,钢筋与混凝土的粘结力随之下降。本文对高温后的水泥砂浆、混凝土采取了不同的修复方式。通过X射线衍射分析、扫描电镜观察及强度的测定,以及经不同的修复方式修复后的过火水泥砂浆、混凝土的修复机理,从而得出了修复工艺对过火水泥砂浆、混凝土性能的影响规律。

Abstract: After the concrete stucture being destroyed by fire, there are not noly a huge impact on the performance of concret itselt, but also the the concrete strength lowering along with the increase of temperature, as well as the cementing bond of steel and concrete. In this paper, multiple repair methods are employed on the high-temperature cement mortar and concrete. By the analysis with X-ray diffraction, scanning electron micro
scopy and determination of strength, as well as the mechanism of multiple repair methods employed on the after fire cement mortar and concrete, the law of the repair techniques influencing the cement mortar and the performance of concrete is obtained.
