武汉在职人员去世公积金提取流程
1.申请人应携带死者的死亡证明、个人身份证、户口薄或者居住
证明原件和复印件。

2.另外,还需要提供被保险人的社会保险缴费证明或单位出具的
在职证明。

3.提取公积金需要填写提取申请书,并由申请人本人签字确认。

出审批决定。

入提取人指定的银行账户。

management department will deposit the withdrawal amount into

6.如果申请未通过,公积金管理部门会书面告知并说明理由。
