武汉在职人员去世公积金提取流程

1.申请人应携带死者的死亡证明、个人身份证、户口薄或者居住

证明原件和复印件。

deceased's death certificate, personal ID, household

registration book or residence certificate.

2.另外,还需要提供被保险人的社会保险缴费证明或单位出具的

在职证明。

3.提取公积金需要填写提取申请书,并由申请人本人签字确认。

4.公积金管理部门将对申请材料进行审核,并在15个工作日内作

出审批决定。

application materials and make an approval decision within 15

5.如果申请通过,公积金管理部门会将提取金额以转账的方式存

入提取人指定的银行账户。

management department will deposit the withdrawal amount into

the designated bank account of the applicant through a bank

transfer.

6.如果申请未通过,公积金管理部门会书面告知并说明理由。

If the application is not approved, the provident fund

management department will inform the applicant in writing

and explain the reasons.
