摘要

随着我国经济飞速发展，消费者和市场对商品的需求已由原来的一味追求物美价廉向高品质、高档次、高价格方向发展，家具行业中的古典红木家具近年来身价倍增，受到追求高端家具消费者的热捧。贸易自由化和现代化物流的迅速发展，使商品突破了时间与空间的限制，我国的古典红木家具随着贸易流通销往全国各地甚至全球各地，家具具有自重大、体积大、运输困难等问题，红木家具更是因为自身昂贵

的价格和极高的历史收藏价值，其物流运输费用一直居高不下，并且在物流过程中需格外小心谨慎。对红木家具物流运输进行有效的研究探索，是整个家具行业和物流行业都急切要解决的首要问题。

本文利用SWOT分析法，对红木家具的物流运输进行分析，通过对生产企业运输中的包装复杂、物流安全、运价昂贵、流程安全等问题的分析，需求解决办法和对策，以此研究结果为以红木家具为主的大型贵重物品的运输方式提供参考和借鉴。关键词：红木家具、物流运输、成本控制

This paper uses the SWOT analysis method, the logistics of mahogany furniture are analyzed, through the analysis of the production enterprises in the transport packaging, logistics, freight safety complex, expensive process safety issues, demand solutions and countermeasures. The results of this study is to mahogany furniture is a large valuables main mode of transportation and provide reference.

红木家具是我国古典家具装饰文化的代表，其设计造型和木材质地都具有极高的美学价值和经济价值，

是我国古代传统文化和精湛工艺的集中体现。红木家具作为贵重的大型家具，在运输过程中需要与一般货物区别对待，包装、搬运、运输和配送等环节上都有严格的规定和要求。我国经济的快速发展催生了人们对高品质家具商品的市场需求，红木家具得市场行业和交易规模也随之水涨船高，越来越多的红木家具走进人们的生活，红木家具运输过程中表现出的种种问题也成为商家、消费者和物流企业关注的焦点。如何更加安全、地完成红木家具的物流运输，同时节省运输成本，从而探索、总结出一套以红木家具为代表的贵重物品、大件物品运输的成功经验，对物流运输行业和大型商品销售行业都具有一定的参考和指导作用。
