安装工工资方案

1、安装工工资由基本工资和计件工资两部分组成。执行计件工

资后，实行多劳多得，不再计加班工资。

Salary = basic salary + piece salary

2、根据安装工技能掌握的情况来核定安装工的基本工资，高级

工定为1200元/月,中级工定为1000元/月，初级工为800元/月。

Basic salary:

Skilled worker = 1200RMB/month

Average worker = 1000RMB/month

Junior worker = 800RMB/month

3、计件工资：piece salary

（1）根据技能熟练程度确定计件工资分配系数，高级工为10分，

中级工为8分，初级工为6分。

Skilled = 10points, average = 8points, junior = 6points

（2）根据工时测算核定橱柜安装单价，按照每米进行计算。

Installation price for kitchen is calculated by meter.

（3）吊柜和地柜分开核定单价。吊柜安装一米工价为20元；地

柜安装一米单价为22元；高柜安装一米单价22元；油烟机罩安装一

个25元。

Wall unit = 20RMB/meter

Base unit = 22RMB/meter

Tall unit = 22RMB/meter

Hood cover =25RMB/piece

4、有关规定：

（1）一套橱柜安装标准次数定为两次，一次为安装橱柜，一次

为安装台面，一般情况下两次应全部结束安装。

Two times for a complete installation for one kitchen.

（2）计件工资包含了上述两次上门安装的工资。

Piece salary includes the above salary for two times installation.

（3）如因安装没到位造成上门安装次数超过两次的，不再计安

装工资，也不报销上门车费和提供饭贴。

If real installation times is more than twice, we don’t pay for the

third time for salary and transportation and meals.

（4）安装第一次（橱柜）和第二次（台面）给予报销车费、提

供饭贴。车费一般报销公交车费，特殊情况如需打的必须经生产经理

同意，外地安装开支费用必须经总经理同意才能开支。

The company pays for transportation and meals for first time and

second time installation. Normally workers should take bus, taxi should

be only approved by production manager and fees outside Shanghai

should be only approved by GM.

（5）非安装工造成的多次上门安装，如：补单或上门维修服务，

每出勤一天补助15元，提供饭贴，车费实报实销。

Several times installation caused by other reasons: 15RMB/day,

company pays for transportation and meals.
