全屋定制家居整装设计师工资薪酬考核管

理方案

家居定制整装橱柜和衣柜是现代家居的重要组成部分。为

了规范设计组人员的薪酬和考核管理,提高员工的工作积极性,

特制定了本方案。

本方案适用于分公司橱柜和衣柜设计组人员。主要内容包

括橱柜和衣柜设计组人员的待遇核算办法、月收入构成、提成

和考核系数。

月薪由底薪和提成构成。底薪根据不同岗位设置,包括设

计组主管、中级设计师和设计师。助理学徒在研究3-6个月后,

考核系数Y采用100分制考核,当月考核得分为每个考

核指标考核分总和。考核调整系数Y值根据考核分总和除以

100计算。绩效考核系数Y值根据绩效分数进行计算,原则上

不得低于85分。

设计部主管的绩效卡包括项目KPI分值评估办法。部门

月度未出现设计出错得20分,设计出错产生遗留单每次扣1

分,未产生遗留单每次扣0.5分。部门客户不满意每次扣0.5

分,客户投诉处理不及时每次扣0.5分。部门客户服务团队管

理得分占60%,客服中心和行政部得分占20%。设计部门造

成的投诉每起扣1分,得到客户表扬或满意度调查表非常满意

1/次。

这份方案旨在为设计组人员提供明确的薪酬待遇和考核管

理规范,激励员工工作积极性,提高企业的整体效益。
