Standard
The marble floor in the public areas will be cleaned and maintained daily till a glossy and uniform shine is obtained. The Public Area Manager will be responsible for checking and ensuring overall cleanliness and hygiene standards are achieved.

Procedure
1.Before performing the marble polishing, ensure that sufficient area for walkway must be given to guests for passing. Surround the area that needs polishing with alerting fences when necessary.
抛光前要注意留出合理的通道给客人使用，有必要时将要洗涤的地面用警示围栏围起来。
2.Removed all movables items such as tables and chairs from the marble area that are going to be polished. Protect any unmovable items with masking tape in order to avoid any damages caused by the portable polishing machine.
抛光前将能够移动的物件如桌子或椅子等暂时搬离现场。不能移动的物件要做好防护措施，可用水纹胶布将物件的底部包起来，避免在抛光时被抛光机上的钢丝棉弄花。
3.Set up the “Cleaning in Progress” signage near the working area. (Condemned bed sheets are used to protect against any marble chemical from passing through the fences.).
将“工作进行中”牌摆放在工作现场的周边（用报废床单围起警示围栏底部地面，以防磨浆喷到警示围栏外）。
4.First, remove dust from the marble floor with a dust mop. If there is chewing gum on the floor, remove it with the marble scrapper gently. Handle other types of stain properly with appropriate methods and techniques.
用尘推推干净云石地面的灰尘，如地面有污渍或香口胶等，可用铲刀去除，如有必要，使用相應的程序和技術清潔不同的污積。
5.Wear a pair of gloves.
带上工业手套。
6.Placed a steel wool on the floor. Check the condition of the steel wool, change if it is too dirty or damaged.
放置盘好的钢丝棉于地下，檢查钢丝棉的狀態，必要時更換。
7.Connect the marble crystallization machine with power by joining the plug with the socket (Do not use any adaptor that is in use).
插上晶硬机插头（严禁取用正在使用的插座）。
8.Adjust the appropriate height of the marble crystallization machine and check if it can operate functionally.
调较晶硬机合适的高度，检查晶硬机是否正常运作。
9.Spray the specialized chemicals for marble polishing on the marble. Normally we spray for 3 or 4 times.
用喷壶将云石磨光剂喷在云石面上，一般情况喷3 - 4下。
10.Start polishing the marble flooring from interior to exterior, from left to right for every section to be polished. The width of each section should not be too broad or narrow and it should be approximately 2 meters.
开启晶硬机，由内到外抛，晶硬机从左到右，摆动距离不要太宽，一般控制在2米以内较为合适。
11.Speed of operating cannot be too fast. The common vertical distance between the first and the second section should be around 10 centimeter. Make sure every common vertical distance of 10 centimeter is polished for at least 2 times thus all coverage of polishing can be achieved. Move to another section after finishing 1 section.
机摆动速度不要太快，上下距离互叠10公分，完成一块后再到另一块往后推进。
12.Check if a shiny and clear layer has been formed on the marble after polishing. Make sure no marks or scratches are made on the surface.
当抛完一块后，检查云石地面是否有一层光亮清晰的晶面及确保没有花痕。
13.If there are marks or scratches on the marble and they cannot be removed, marble restoration process should be applied.
如果云石地面的花痕抛不掉，可选择做云石晶硬处理。
14.After polishing, clean the floor with a dust mop. Besides, clean all the lower walling as well as skirting lines on the ground level. Make sure no chemicals will be left on the area.
当抛完光后，用尘推将地面推干净及清洁抹布抹干净墙边、地脚线。
15.Remove the plug of the machine with dry hands so as to avoid electrical shock.
拔掉电源时切勿用湿手接触插头，以免发生短路现象。
16.Restore any furniture, tables or decorations that are removed from the area before.
将原来搬离的物品恢复原状。
17.Leave after clear up all the tools, chemicals, “Cleaning in Progress” sign and equipment from the area.
清理工具离开现场并检查物品和工具是否齐全。
