本安装说明书适用于阳台壁挂式太阳能热水
器碧月系列的安装连接及使用。为了您快捷、安全的安装,请在安装前仔细阅读本说明
书,并按说明书步骤安装。本说明书所指器材会不断改进,恕不另行通知。若有实物与
说明书不符的地方,则以实物为准。

6、太阳能室外器具,选用固定器材,应防止腐蚀、强风侵袭、淋雨积水的考量。
7、固定机体的支撑结构,应使用耐腐蚀优良的热镀锌型钢支架、五金螺丝,固定
板线,应采用SUS304#不锈钢材。
8、请于风和日丽下轻松作业,避免于刮风、下雨昏暗时刻作业。
9、搬运、悬吊时,请小心轻放,严禁脱手、摔落及敲击。
10、选择合适的电线,铺线时确保不损坏建筑物结构上的防火措施。
1.1.2装置场地选择
小心:
1、本机体在北半球坐北朝南在南半球坐南朝北(玻璃面面向赤道)依当地纬度角
倾斜±5度,架设在阳光8:30-16:30时照射得到,没有遮阴及结构度强的建筑物上。
2、架设时应防止上层重物、积雪等坠落物撞击意外发生,场地选择时应列入考虑。
3、如果场地允许,应预留人行维修空间过道,及往后增置机台的位置。
4、热水器安装须置于避雷保护范围内。
5、水箱不能安装在有易燃易爆气体混合物的房间。
危险:1、请勿选择湿滑、危险的场地安装,以方便日后检修及清洗。
2、高楼、背风及强风地区视情节应加强支架结构及固定点。
1.1.3水源、水压选择
小心:
1、请使用洁净的市区自来水源,如果使用其他
水源应先行检测水质成份,选择适宜的水源。使用
矿物成份高PPM的硬水及PH值偏酸性水质(地下
水),应先行软水,过滤处理以免积垢、腐蚀损害产
品。
2、补冷水进口压力应≥0.05MPa且<0.6MPa,确

1.1.4电源选择
注意:
1、电线选用国家相关安全规范的铜导线,电线线径安培负载应有足够的安全容量。
2、热水器供电应有专属供电回路,室外装置应有漏电开关安全保护。
3、电线线径应符合安全安培负载容量,接线端子应压
紧且锁紧。
4、防止异常感应电流发生,应有地线接地。
5、确定储水箱满水后再通电加热。

1.2支架、集热器、水箱安装
安装之前,请保证安装地点阳光充分、安全、可靠,无遮挡物,如树及建筑等。
视安装场地纬度及现场情况选择集热器的倾角
(集热器与垂直面夹角),如右表所示。
集热器应安装在建筑物朝南位置,视实际
情况自行选择安装方法及安装支架。

提示:安装尺寸须根据实际情况而定
集热器的上下位置以不遮挡楼下窗户为准。确认集热器的出水方向是否在水箱一
侧,并保证连接水箱出水口坡度在0.5°。

水箱安装
1、确认墙体能承受水箱装满水后总重的三倍,否则应采取加固措施。
2、确定水箱的安装位置。应保证水箱的下循环管高于集热器的顶部300mm以上;
并且距离集热器的连管长度不大于2500mm。
3、把水箱支架如图安装在水箱侧面,紧固。
4、根据水箱支架尺寸在墙体上钻四个Φ16.5mm,深90mm的孔,将膨胀螺栓塞入
孔中,用扳手旋紧,且挂钩方向垂直向上。
5、将水箱抬起,挂在挂钩上,检查是否牢固。

1.3系统连接
1.3.1管路保温
补冷水管除外,所有管路均需包橡塑保温管保温如右图所示,待
包完保温管后需在外面缠绕铝箔缠绕带防水,以增强保温效果及延长保
温管使用寿命。
提示:管路连接时应先套保温管再装连接件。

管路连接
1、冷、热水管道安装应按照水暖安装规范执行,自来水进口加装止回阀。
2、上、下循环管需用耐温超过90℃且承压>0.6MPa的管道安装,安装完成后须在
外面包保温管保温。
3、上、下循环管路要圆滑、不得有直角;从集热器到水箱始终为上行坡度,不得
有反坡。

管路连接因用户实际连接需求不同,故本产品未配置连接。水箱各接口规格如表1.0
所示。用户可自行购买PP-R管/铝塑管/PVC管/不锈钢管等及其相应的连接件与之相连,
所选热水管材须承压≥0.6MPa,持久耐温>70℃。
提示:管路穿墙时应用水泥或防水胶密封防水、防湿。

1.4调试
系统安装完毕后需试运行调试,调试步骤如下(请参阅图2.1)。
1、打开补冷水阀门,打开热水出口阀门及集热器排污水龙头,向水箱加水待排除
完系统里的污水后关闭排污水龙头,然后再等到热水阀门出水时表明水箱水已补满,此
时关闭补冷水阀门。
2、卸掉防冻注液口的两个密封螺栓同时打开集热器排污口,往注液口(上注液口)
里罐防冻液待集热器排污口的污液排清时关闭排污阀门,继续往里罐防冻液待注液口
(下注液口)漏出防冻液时表面集热器及水箱已注满防冻液,最后把密封螺栓拧入管口
内。防冻液需自行在当地购买,防冻液用量请参考2.1产品技术参数最后一行。
3、检查各个管路是否有渗漏。
4、确认水箱已注满水,各个接头无漏水后,接通电源试加热。
5、在晴好天气观察太阳能的运行情况。
控制器调试请参考2.2控制器设置。

使用说明
使用条件
面向赤道、无遮阴、依当地纬度倾斜架设,安装场地牢固、使用洁净水源等等。
使用场所
凡需要热水供应且符合安装、光照等条件之场所均可使用,如家居、旅馆、宿舍、
理发店等。
使用限制
如第一项适用条件,及防止使用不良低下水质;防台风、防地震、结构应牢固,集
热面积与用水量匹配等。
材质使用寿命
使用水质会直接影响产品寿命,机体结构不健全会影响人身安全,地区环境污染因
素会破坏产品外观及集热效率,勤于保养能延长使用寿命,依材质使用可达15年以上
寿命。
经济效益评估
每㎡面积集热器每年可相当于节省600度电,节省240kg标准煤,减排600kg二氧
化碳。

小心:本太阳能热水器为间接换热装置,最低环境工作温度视所加防冻液配比而定,
当下雪时应及时清理热水器表面的雪。防冻液用量(L)=水箱夹套容积(L)+集热器
铜管容积(L)+集热器上、下循环管路容积(L)(根据管路内径、长度自行计算)。

控制功能说明
1、开关机
●插上电源插头——接通电源,系统进入自检状态(每个显示灯都亮),后进入关
机状态。
●按‘开关’键——按键时间在300ms 检后: 时间显示:时间显示记忆值,首次开机或长期断电显示默认值。 温度显示:先显示设定温度,后显示实际温度。 ●再按‘开关’键——按键时间在30ms 2、温度设置 温度设置默认值为50℃,回差5℃,设定范围以35℃—80℃—35℃循环。 在开机状态: ●按‘’或‘’键——进入温度设置状态,<设定温度>点亮,温度数 值闪烁。 ●再按‘’或‘’键——温度数值上调或下调,若持续按住1.5s,数据开 始连续变化,设置完成。数值闪烁4s后退出并保存设置,或在闪烁时按其它键也能退 出并保存设,进入所选状态。 3、预约设置 预定定时的设置与选择 <定时一>出厂值:当天5:00开机——当天8:00关机,温度50℃ <定时二>出厂值:当天17:00开机——次日23:00关机,温度50℃ 预约定时的设置 (1)在〈定时一〉或〈定时二〉亮时按‘设置’键---按键时间在t>3s内有效,开 始时间的小时数值闪烁,表示对定时时段开始的设置。 ●按‘’或‘’键---调节数值,达到所需小时数值。 ●按‘设置’键---时间的分钟数值闪烁,表示此时可对开始时间的分钟数值调节。 14 按‘’或‘’键---调节数值,达到您所需分钟数值。 ●按‘设置’键---<结束>和时间的小时数值闪烁,表示对定时时段结束时间的设 置,操作步骤如同开始时间的设置。 (2)预约定时的选择 过程:定程一∽定时二∽定进一+定时二∽退出。 4、峰谷电价的设置与选择 峰谷出厂值:当天21:00开机——次日8:00关机,温度50℃。 ●与预约定时的设置、选择相类似。 按‘峰谷’键大于3s进入峰谷设置状态。 5、即热 即热:在开机状态,选择即热、控制器即启动加热,当加热达设定值后返回到即 热前的状态。 ●按‘即热’键---<即热>点亮。 ●再按‘即热’键---立即退出即热状态,进入即热之前状态。 6、时间设置 在开机状态: ●按设置键--(星期)和(日)开始闪烁,表示对星期设置。 ●按‘’或‘’键--选择所需星期值。 ●按设置键--时钟小时数值开始闪烁,表示已确认星期值,进入对时钟的设置。 ●按‘’或‘’键---调节数值,达到您所需小时数值。 ●按‘设置’键---调节数值,时钟分针数值开始闪烁,表示已确认小时数值,进 入对分钟设置。 ●按‘’或‘’键---调节数值,达到您所需分钟数值。 ●按‘设置’键---退出并保存时间的设置。 7、复位功能 ●‘开关’键---按键时间在t>3s内有效,所有数据恢复为出厂设置且自检,后处 于关机状态。 15 热水器使用提示 晴好天气太阳能可自行加热水箱里的水至额定出水温度。当冬季/阴雨天时水温不 足的部分需启动电辅助加热(可自动/手动)。本太阳能热水器可根据用户需要调高/调低 水箱水温(建议温度40℃≤T≤70℃)。 使用前请确保进冷水水阀打开,使用时打开热水水阀即可出热水。当水温不足时请 关闭热水水阀,同时接通热水器电源启动电加热功能,当水温再次符合要求时断开电源 使用。当水箱漏电时漏电保护开关会自动跳开,确保使用安全可靠。 本热水器配有安全阀及漏电保护开关(插头),当水箱压力大于0.7Mpa时会有少量 水滴从安全阀排除,此为正常现象,无需处理。 注意:泄压时安全阀会喷出高温热水,小心烫伤。 小心:当连续多日晴天不使用热水时水箱温度可高达70℃以上,为防止水箱过热 应用轻质不透明遮挡物遮挡集热器并及时放出水箱高温热水。 2.4使用维护及注意事项 危险: 1、使用热水前,一定要切断电源,以确保安全。 2、维修时请将电源及水源关闭,将排污水龙头打开卸除桶内压力。 注意: 3、为了保证安全,必须将电源线插头插在规格相对应的、带有地线的三芯插座内, 并保证三芯插座符合电器标准,有正确可靠的接地。 4、请勿自行拆卸电辅助加热系统,每月自行检测漏电开关按钮功能之正常性。 5、连续晴天多日不使用热水时,其热水温度可达70℃以上,请小心防止烫伤。 6、开关水阀时不要将喷头朝向人体,以免被热水烫伤。 7、长时间不使用热水时水箱水质有下降,应先放空存水再上新水使用。 小心: 8、启动系统前,应检查所有的阀门都处于正常状态,并已注满水/防冻液;一旦系 16 员。 9、请使用洁净的市区自来水源,尽可能不使用井水等其他不洁净的水源。 10、热水器排气方法:加热过程中,因水受热膨胀,内胆压力增大,此时会有少量 水滴从安全阀排出,此属正常现象。如有大量水汽排出,应关闭电源。 11、水可以自压力释放装置的排水管中流出,并且保持与大气连通。 12、压力释放装置应定期动作(建议每6个月应掀起检查其弹簧自动功能),以防 堵塞。 13、与压力释放装置连接的排放管要以一种连续向下方式安装在无霜的环境中,接 到地漏。 14、依地区水质条件对热水器做定期的清洗(请专业人员清除水垢、杀菌等)、排 沙清污。 15、集热器透明面盖应依地区落尘量而作定期的擦拭,下雨时其有自行清洗功能, 表面清洁可得较高集热效率。 16、间接换热系统里防冻液能有效抗冻,请确保使用系统注满并使用优质抗冻的防 冻液。 2.5故障排除 在你使用中有何疑虑或出现故障时可先简阅下列故障排除点,当仍不能自行维修时 请联络我们的服务人员。 故障现象原因分析排除方法 不出水或水流小 水压过低或停水水压正常时使用 自来水阀门关闭打开 17 水温不稳定水压不稳洗浴时不要打开别的自来水阀 显示水温与实际温度不符 故障代码E1传感器故障联系客服人员 故障代码E3超高温联系客服人员 故障代码E4漏电检测回路故障联系客服人员 故障代码E5电压过低(电压低于176V)电压正常后使用 温度探头接触不良检查温度探头接触处 传感器故障联系客服人员 门 售后服务 1、本产品整机保修一年,集热器保修三年(以购物凭证日期为准),保修期内免费 维修,保修期过后适当收取工本费。 18 ...................................................................................................... 191.InstallationInstructionInstruction. . .............................................................................................. 191.1AssemblyInstructionsInstructions. . ............................................................................ 19Items1.1.1AssemblingAssemblingAttentiveItems.
